Jacken Zheng, president of Know Fortune, a conference interpreter and a senior English trainer, graduated with B.Sc. from Taiyuan University of Technology in 2001 and with a post-graduate diploma in international law from China Foreign Affairs University in 2006. Mr. Jacken has been involved in interpretations for more than a hundred business negotiations and international conferences. He has broad connections with mining businesses.
